PRIVACY POLICIES

All information gathered by Landmark Design from our customers, clients, suppliers and vendors is used soley for the purpose of administrating and processing transactions, correspondence and updating marketing and product information. Information acquired by Paypal or Foliolink [ if any ] our protected by their respective privacy policies. Every resonable effort is made to protect all your confidential information and under no circumstances does Landmark Design or it's agents share, distribute or sell this information without expressed or written permission.

RETURN POLICY

All items are inspected and professionally packed using conservation standards and practices before shipping. Landmark Design is not reponsible for damages caused by shipping or unpacking. Items damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours by e-mail, fax or phone. Items must be returned at the buyers expense with the original packaging and will be exchanged (if product available) or a refund given for damaged items only at the sellers discretion. All packages must be marked as "Returned Items" on postage/shipping label to avoid extra charges to the buyer/sender. Original art is protected by a basic shipping insurance and can only be refunded up to the insured value and at the shipping companies discretion. Extra insurance is recommended for original art with all charges being the sole resposibility of the buyer.


ART HANDLING DISCLAIMERS

Landmark Design and it's agents make reasonable efforts to protect all original artwork from loss or damage, but shall be liable for such loss or damage only if caused by negligence. All original artwork will be returned to it's owner within 30 days of the completion of any art services or at the end of any contractual arrangments.


COLOUR PROOFS

Image proofing services consists of one initial embedded ICC profiled image file and reproduction with one colour correction allowable per image. All signed image proofs will become the property of Landmark Design and remain on file for future reference in order to ensure consistent colour reproduction quality. The use of the original reflective artwork is recommended where and when possible. All shipping, handling, duties and applicable taxes not included.


DIGITAL FILES & COLOUR MANAGEMENT

Landmark Design cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or corrupted digital files or disk storage media. All digital files or disk storage media will remain on file for reference and back-up only.

Caution! Be sure to retain back-up files of all image files being sent!

Colour quality and accuracy can only be properly maintained with the appropriate colour profiles embedded on each file printed. Landmark Design accepts no liability or responsibility for any print results from files that are not properly profiled and/or have colour inaccuracies.
