RETURN POLICY
All items are inspected and professionally packed using conservation standards and practices before shipping. Landmark Design is not reponsible for damages caused by shipping or unpacking. Items damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours by e-mail, fax or phone. Items must be returned at the buyers expense with the original packaging and will be exchanged (if product available) or a refund given for damaged items only at the sellers discretion. All packages must be marked as "Returned Items" on postage/shipping label to avoid extra charges to the buyer/sender. Original art is protected by a basic shipping insurance and can only be refunded up to the insured value and at the shipping and insurance companies discretion. Extra insurance is recommended for original art with all charges being the sole resposibility of the buyer.

All information gathered by Landmark Design from our customers, clients, suppliers and vendors is used soley for the purpose of administrating and processing transactions, correspondence and updating marketing and product information. Information acquired by Paypal or Foliolink [ if any ] our protected by their respective privacy policies. Every reasonable effort is made to protect all your confidential information and under no circumstances does Landmark Design or it's agents share, distribute or sell this information without expressed or written permission.
